For commercial properties, it also automatically enrolls you in Apply Services.

A Property Report is a detailed digital report that gives you:

• A Soft Estimate of average dollar savings
• A complete verified list of all incentive programs your property qualifies for
• Streamlined action steps to apply for each program
• Connections to approved installers (residential) or enrollment in Apply Services (commercial)

Residential: $25 per home, active for a full year.
Commercial: $500 per property, active for a full year. Bulk pricing is available for 10 or more properties — contact us for a quote.

Both residential and commercial Property Reports are active for 12 full months from the date of purchase. This ensures you always have access to current incentive information, since programs change frequently throughout the year.

Property Reports are generated digitally and are typically available shortly after purchase. You'll be able to access your report directly through your IncentiFind account.

Apply Services is IncentiFind's application fulfillment service for commercial properties. When you purchase a commercial Property Report, your report automatically moves into Apply Services, where our expert team manages your entire incentive application process on your behalf.

Apply Services charges a 30% success fee on the incentive dollars we capture for you. We don't collect anything until money is in your hands. This aligns our interests with yours — we only win when you win.

Apply Services is currently available for commercial properties only. Residential incentive programs are typically written so homeowners can apply themselves, and our Property Report provides all the guidance you need. We connect you directly to approved installers who can also assist with the process.

Our Apply Services team:

• Monitors your application and answers time-sensitive requests from incentive programs
• Provides monthly status updates and collects construction progress from you
• Communicates directly with program managers at 500+ programs nationwide
• Leverages our incentive expertise to maximize your capture rate
• May reserve incentive funding in advance once a scope of work is defined
